Chiropractic Treatment

Chiropractic is one of the most popular natural health professions in the world. It is a holistic and hands-on approach to health care that deals with disorders of the bones, muscles and joints.

Massage Therapy

Massage is one of the oldest therapies in existence. A practice that has literally been tested by time, massage therapy involves the manipulation of the muscles and soft tissues of the body to relieve tension.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a system of healing that has its roots in traditional Chinese medicine. A centuries old technique, Acupuncture is based on the theory that our health depends on the free movement of life force or energy.

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy, also known as Physical Therapy, essentially restores movement and function to your body through various techniques and modalities.

Hot/Cold Stone Therapy

A stone therapy session uses cold or water-heated stones to apply pressure and heat to the body. Basalt (volcanic) stones are warmed to a temperature of around 50 degrees celsius in a purpose-made stone heater filled with water.
